Risk factors for type 2 diabetes
• Impaired glucose tolerance.
• Fasting hyperglycemia.
• A history of gestational diabetes.
• Birth of a child weighing more than 4.5 kg.
• Arterial hypertension (> 140/90 mmHg).
• Dyslepidemia:
– triglycerides> 2.2 mmol / l;
– HLVP <0,8 mmol / l.
• Abdominal obesity:
– excess weight> 20% of ideal or BMI of 27 kg / m 2 .
• Hereditary burden of diabetes (direct relatives).
• Age> 65 years.
